JOB DESCRIPTION

Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Contract Compliance Analysis : Analyze new contract bookings to ensure adherence to established policies, controls, and tax regulations. Document essential details on country-specific sites as required.
  • Contract Modification Documentation : Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to contract modifications, including variances, cancellations, re-bookings, and updates, utilizing approved tools to ensure efficiency.
  • Time & Material Review : Oversee the review process for Time & Material work orders, ensuring all pre-invoice conditions are met. Collaborate with field personnel to secure necessary customer Purchase Orders for timely invoice processing.
  • Customer Portal Access Support : Facilitate access to customer portals by preparing documentation for new and renewal subscriptions, ensuring the business maintains effective communication and workflow with clients.
  • Indirect Purchasing and Analysis Support : Assist with requisitioning for Indirect Purchasing/Ordering, including PPE and safety materials to ensure compliance with safety standards. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting based on evolving business requirements to optimize operational efficiency.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Administrative Expertise : Proven ability to provide effective administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of office tasks.
  • Bilingual Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English, facilitating collaboration in multilingual environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office : Demonstrated working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling efficient use of tools for documentation, data management, and presentations.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot problems and devise effective solutions in dynamic situations.
  • Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the complexities in the construction and service industries, along with experience using database applications, such as SAP, to manage and analyze data.
