- Experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, and other software infrastructure areas.

- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience delivering 0->1 products.
- Experience with AI/ML and LLMs (applications, prompt engineering, training and evals, quality etc.).
- Ability to be comfortable with diving into data and metrics.
