Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience building products with Machine Learning (e.g., idea, prototype, evaluations, data-driven experimentation, productizing) particularly with transformers/LLMs.
- Experience delivering in a fast-paced environment, innovating at scale with effective prioritization while collaborating with foundational research teams in Google and Google DeepMind.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (e.g. ICs to VP/SVPs).
- Experience with technology innovation.
