Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts to translate their content and ideas into engaging and compelling visual stories made of distinct narrative and beautiful design.
• Create well-designed and thoughtful presentations to showcase strategic concepts and product capabilities for industry keynotes, customer and partner presentations.
• Push creative boundaries by constantly pursuing new concepts and approaches, bringing forth new ideas and presentation design techniques.
• Working closely with our Brand Strategy team, design and maintain our branded presentation system within the company.

• , provide design direction and oversee the development of all presentation materials to ensure that they follow best practices and meet brand and quality standards.

• In partnership with Creative Services team,act as a champion for brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in presentation and video materials.
• Manage external agencies or freelancers as necessary.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

• 8+ years’ experience as a presentation designer or content designer
• Bachelor's degree in Art and Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications

• Proficient in PowerPoint and passionate about maximizing its functionality for exceptional visual execution.
• Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience developing video concepts and storyboards and managing the video production process
• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tell stories and communicate concepts with easy-to-understand, eye-catching visuals
• Strong writing and editing skills a plus
• Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated success working with and influencing C-level executives

Preference for the role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.

The salary range for this position is $98,000 – $140,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
