The successful candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in the film/entertainment industry with an agency, studio, distributor, broadcaster or film/TV organisation working across publicity/awards campaigns.
Knowledge of the awards landscape and awards campaigns.
Knowledge of awards voter membership (e.g. BAFTA, AMPAS, BIFA, UK Guilds).
Established relationships with third party industry partners / organisations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to effectively prioritize.
Highly organized, thorough and very hands-on.
Comfortable making tough decisions; being candid and direct.
Comfortable with non-traditional working hours in the evenings and on weekends - due to the nature of the job.
Responsiveness with a bias towards action.
