- Perform work assignments using specialized content design knowledge and developed business expertise
- Lead projects and/or programs within content design family with moderate scope impacting function or sub-function
- Analyze, evaluate, and make decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
- May act as a subject matter resource for entry level and developing colleagues

- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Plan and write UX content for web and app experiences (across all touchpoints including navigation and user interface copy, emails, push, and in-appnotifications).
- Collaborate with design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.
- Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions.
- Develop content strategies that align stakeholders and drive meaningful solutions.
- Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows tangible results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years relevant work experience writing web and app content.
- Excellent, highly creative writing and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and toneguidelines.
- At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations,working individually, andcollaborating across teams.
- Experience in financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e-commerce ispreferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design,Information Science orrelated fieldpreferred.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $84,500 to $140,250
