- Own the vision and strategy for the content planning and performance platform, including Airtable-based campaign planning, CMS/DAM integrations, and telemetry dashboards.- Design structured content models and workflows to support planning, creation, localization, adoption (HQ → Geo, Geo → Geo), and publishing of global content.- Develop critical metrics for measuring content performance across the supply chain, including time to publish, asset utilization, cost per asset, content utilization, content engagement, and content reuse.- Lead integration work between content planning tools (Airtable), digital asset and content management, product information management, and analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics).- Build and launch dashboards that provide real-time transparency into workflow health, bottlenecks, and content effectiveness.- Champion telemetry and measurement standards to create a self-optimizing content supply chain.- Onboard new users to the tools, conduct training sessions, and author onboarding materials with the support of external and internal partners.
