How will you make an impact?
- You will Lead data-driven strategy formulation and guide to ensure consistency and accuracy in data practices. Additionally, create effective guidelines and training content to facilitate data governance across Marketing and Sales teams.
- You will identify opportunities for enhancing marketing operations through process improvement and automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to determine and execute data-driven strategies for optimizing campaign performance and ROI.
- Utilize Marketo and Salesforce software to analyze marketing data and enhance decision-making with actionable insights.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy across Marketo and Salesforce platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data management.
- Support and optimize legacy data sources to streamline data integration across multiple software platforms.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce software is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
