Here's what you'll need
- A degree in a relevant discipline.
- A good understanding of the environmental impacts associated with major projects
- Experience in delivering EIAs and other types of assessments for a range of clients.
- Awareness of consenting regimes, such as the Planning Act/Development Consent Orders (DCO), Transport & Works Act, and Town & Country Planning Act.
- A good awareness and understanding of relevant stakeholders
- Strong organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and collaborative working capabilities to co-ordinate and work within multi-disciplinary and diverse teams.
- Chartered status and Full Membership of a recognised relevant professional body (e.g. IEMA).
Where a candidate does not meet this requirement, they would be expected to achieve this within their first year.
