Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Possess a high school diploma or GED (completed prior to start) AND three (3) years’ experience in a technical field (such as Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech)

OR

• Possess OR be in the last six months of pursuing, an associate degree (completed and verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in solving recurring problems through determination of root cause

• Ability to maintain neat and orderly conditions where you work and promote safe conditions

• Experience with manufacturing and/or manufacturing technology on web processing equipment
