What you'll be doing:
  • Lead NVIDIA’s Automotive Sales strategy in Japan, targeting development wins and driving growth initiatives.

  • Promote NVIDIA's autonomous driving solutions and highlight our core value to automotive OEMs and related Tier 1 suppliers.

  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships at the management level and across the customer organization.

  • Develop strategic, effective, and actionable account plans that clearly outline growth strategies for the accounts you will cover.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams by communicating account strategies, managing opportunities, and providing feedback.

What we need to see:
  • 10+ years of professional sales experience, including 8+ years in the automotive industry with a proven track record of working with diverse business partners.

  • Extensive experience leading large, virtual account teams including field application engineers, customer program managers, and solution architects towards a unified vision and strategy for each account.

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.

  • Preferred knowledge of Data Center and familiarity with NVIDIA technologies, including deep learning and computer vision.

  • Strong business relationships and experience with automotive OEM and tier-1 customers.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and lead training and sales support efforts.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
