What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Administration & Operations
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Time schedule: 40/30/20 hours per week
Expected start date to end date: 15.12.2024 – 14.06.2025

In this role you'll:

• Support the organization of internal and external meetings
• Perform and monitor purchase activities
• Arrange business travel and expense reporting
• Support processing of internal and external documentation
• Assist with the organization, coordination and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external company events
• Support day-to-day operations across the Administration & Operations team

Who you are:

• Team player attitude, good communication and networking skills
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Fluency in oral and written English and Bulgarian
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Very good time management and organization skills
• Proactivity, flexibility and self-organization are highly valued
• Design skills are a plus
• University student enrolled in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or similar
