As our Senior Manager you’llbe supporting our clients in managing compliance obligations, designing transfer pricing models and navigating tax authority views and disputes including Advance Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures. We specialise in Banking Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, Insurance, Payments and Private Equity.

Your key responsibilities
- Support transfer pricing reviews, audits, and negotiations with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), including Advance Pricing Arrangements and Mutual Agreement Procedure applications, grounded in economic principles and international tax policy analysis.
- Develop and implement global transfer pricing policies for multinational financial services clients, model financial outcomes of cross-border arrangements, and prepare data-driven recommendations from an Australian tax perspective.
- Lead and manage multiple engagements, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment, while mentoring a culturally and gender-diverse team and preparing compliance documentation, models, and insights to support integrated transfer pricing solutions.
What we look for
Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interestedin your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- At least 6–7 years of transfer pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment, with strong drafting skills and the ability to apply facts to transfer pricing legislation and advise clients on implications.
- Demonstrated capability in synthesising complex information and data sources to deliver clear, well-informed recommendations; strong commercial acumen with awareness of legal, economic, environmental, and political factors influencing transfer pricing.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly; committed to delivering exceptional client service and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Proficient in financial modelling, Excel, AI tools, and Bloomberg; holds relevant qualifications such as an Economics, Accounting, or Legal degree, CPA or CA designation; financial services experience preferred but not essential.
