- Retail and Telco Sales experience
- People management
- Previous knowledge/experience leading a large successful team
- Experience in Retail Store & area territory management
- Previous experience at a senior level in a complex fast moving organisation
- Previous experience in a senior position managing upward
- Proven track record of success in the delivery of quotas/targets
