Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in product marketing or partner marketing, channel management.
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience in marketing, specifically, in commercial software or services targeting the enterprise segment.
  • 4+ years experience working with SaaS and/or cloud technologies.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in channel marketing
  • Ability to work across shifting priorities and new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Create reseller partner strategy and programs, incentive plans and GTM engagement with Microsoft Windows 365 cloud sales teams.
  • Partner with Device engineering, subsidiary sales, finance and supply chain to drive commercial demand and supply strategy across all stages of product lifecycle.
  • Drive launch planning processes for new product launches, expansions, and key beat offers and provide supply chain teams with updates on marketing and promotional plans to ensure supply planning reflects the marketing strategy.
  • Work with the business planning team to provide customer feedback into the product development process, facilitate collection and analysis of insights to support business planning process and work with supply chain to identify areas of excess inventory to target with additional promo or marketing support.
  • Lead Worldwide Sales and Operations meetings to track the variance between plan and actual, recognize deals pipeline, give and get market insights, share supply outlook.
  • Define experimentation opportunities, success metrics, measurement methodology, objectives & key results (OKRs), and investment roadmap for owned workstreams, driving ongoing improvements.
