Job Description:

As Sales Trainer you will play a key role in developing and executing training for Brasil and LATAM as an SIBG Area Sales Trainer in the Safety and Industrial Business Group Commercial Center, Brazil. In this role you will be able to work with Area Division Leaders and Area Channel Leaders to aligns global programs with local needs, build deployment plans and coordinate execution within LATAM, including a high focus on sales organizations in Brazil. You will be able to leverage your expertise related to 3M, sales and divisional knowledge, as you develop and grow your skills regarding sales methodologies and tactics through our various training certifications.

• Support the development of our sales professions to help them reach their full potential, leading them into increased sales performance.
• Enhance sales productivity by showing sales representatives how to streamline the sales process, reduce sales cycle and improve their time management.
• Increase customer satisfaction by ensuring our sales professionals are more adept at understanding customer needs, provide relevant solutions and build strong relationships.
• Develop our sales professionals by helping them develop new skills and competencies which can lead to career advancement and lower turnover rates.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:

• Experience in Training and Development or Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven leadership, communication and facilitation skills.
• Native Portuguese and advanced English skills (verbal and written).
• May include 30% domestic and international travel.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Project management skills.
• Ability to develop strong and impactful PowerPoint presentations.
