We are seeking a results-oriented sales manager to fuel our growth in EMEA, specifically in the mid-market segment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of experienced, new business Account Executives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You will also lead on initiatives to drive the growth of Gong in EMEA as we look to penetrate new territories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, ramp, develop, and promote a team of experienced and Dublin based Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Identify opportunities to improve team KPIs and implement solutions to increase sales efficiency.
- Consistently deliver against team and segment revenue goals.
- Embody and reinforce Gong’s Operating Principles at work.
- Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Gong.
- Confidently forecast on and own the results of your team.
- Collaborate cross functionally with product, marketing and customer success to support local market fit.
- Inspire and motivate a high performing team and bring innovation to the sales process to help accelerate our market growth trajectory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years as a SaaS Sales Manager.
- Successful track record of hitting and annual quarterly quotas.
- Successful Account Executive track record, minimum experience at Mid Market or above (Enterprise or Strategic).
- Experience with selling within the DACH market
- High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and ability to influence internally and externally.
