General Responsibilities:
Implement and improve contractual controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance.
Monitor third-Party Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Shared Value Incentives (SVI).
Collaborate/partner cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical support.
Perform and present analysis of third-party work order performance.
Lean into and support other Retail Bank Real Estate Management initiatives including, OpEx and Vendor Analysis, Utility Analysis and Reporting, Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA), etc.
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal partners and vendors to ensure expectation understanding and alignment.
Ad-hoc requests and special projects
Ensure controls and governance processes are properly documented and maintained.
Support monthly reporting and analysis presentations (e.g. MBR) and other ad-hoc requests
Participate and contribute to larger organization meetings, summits, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 Years of Project Management
At least 1 years of Vendor Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of vendor management experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
