Your Role and Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the UAE banking sector
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with IBM cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing IBM’s consulting services and solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the UAE banking sector.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that IBM’s offerings meet their needs and expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving repeat business
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in sales to UAE Banking clients
- Good understanding of cloud, data and AI solutions which are applicable to the banking sector
- Good understanding of payment platforms, channels and banking applications
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, including retail, corporate, and investment banking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with IBM’s consulting services and solutions is a plus
