As a Senior Advisor, you will serve as expert and lead for all aspects of US retirement and financial wellness programs' operations and compliance. Oversee and perform daily operational execution of multiple qualified and nonqualified retirement programs and strategically plan and evolve US retirement, financial wellness, and other financial benefits programs including related employee communication/education campaigns.You will:

  • Lead diligent cross-functional RFPs or RFQs with fee negotiations every 3 to 5 years for all program vendors and consultants as well as expertly manage related negotiations, contracting, planning, and implementations

  • Manage ongoing financial forecasting and budgeting for all programs

  • Identify areas for program improvement such as simplification of policies and processes, ways to reduce area of risk for data integrations, payroll and funding processes or any other administrative processes that are inefficient or could be made better by use of automation and technology including AI.

  • Review and analyze trends and advise leadership on the state of benefits programs, demonstrating an understanding of the market dynamics, key competitor benefit plan design, and industry trends balanced against employee experience, business culture and needs, plus risk and cost considerations.

  • Collaboratively negotiate and influence priorities of and support requirements of cross-functional teams on internal audits, vendor audits, integration and system changes, and other business-driven projects and resource needs

Essential Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of progressive work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 5 or more years of relevant progressive experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field

  • Strong analytical and risk analysis skills, superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis and problem-solving skills. Executive presentation skills

  • Prefer fast-paced working environment with ability to learn new concepts and techniques quickly as well as able to confidently adapt to changing priorities, projects, policies and goals

  • Advanced working knowledge of all aspects of US retirement benefits, especially in the areas of compliance and advanced fiduciary process

  • Exceptional financial and business acumen skills, in-depth business and industry knowledge along with advanced working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to US retirement programs, including emerging legislation.
