About The Job
As part of the Client Service Center (CSC), the Consultant is responsible for delivering professional services to clients. You will work directly with clients (either on site or virtually), to drive the implementation process and empower them to quickly make use of their Brightly products. As a consultant you will conduct a broad range of consultation, training, data transfers, and implementation assistance for our Brightly products which is mainly deployed in healthcare and senior living facilities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Traveling to client locations to consult, implement, train and support users (25-50% domestic travel)
- Virtually providing consultation, structured training courses, configuration, data transfers, report writing and implementation assistance
- Providing feedback and input on client-industry and EAM best practices
- Leveraging existing client data and processes to effectively implement Brightly’s software
- Collaborating with other CSC teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service
- Providing succinct handoff documentation and prescribing necessary follow-up activities for clients’ implementation needs. Correctly document and communicate activities and results both internally and externally.
- Relaying critical client and market needs to the Product Management team, to guide decision making in our Agile Development Cycle
- Promptly engaging project coordinators and other Brightly stakeholders when implementation projects stall
- Continuously seeking new knowledge and development within Brightly products, client industry, processes, and professional skills.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of work-related experience, OR 3 years related consulting or software implementation experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience using or implementing EAM software
- High comfort level presenting to and interacting with clients at all organizational levels
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
- Must demonstrate advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in MS Office suite
- Adaptability to change within a fast-paced environment in a growth-oriented company
- A continuous improvement attitude, focusing on individual development as well as the team and the company
What Makes You Stand Out:
