We are seeking an analytical thinker with superb communication skills, strong business intuition, and passion for translating complex data into actionable insights. We seek a self-starter, who is willing to adapt well to changing requirements and work with multi-functional teams.
- 6+ years of industry experience in Data Analytics or similar role
- Experience in converting ambiguous user behavior or business questions into data-driven hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- Experience with using SQL to mine and analyze data
- Expertise in experimentation methods (eg. A/B testing, multivariate testing) and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with UX metrics and behavioral analysis to support design decision-making
- Experience in navigating through complex organizational structures and influencing business partners and stakeholders in decision making
- Advanced degree (MS or MBA preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Design, Data Science, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Bioinformatics, Economics, Psychology, or a similar quantitative field.
