As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JP Morgan Chase within Cybersecurity Technology & Controls, you'll will be responsible for driving complex technology-related programs and projects both across the enterprise and cybersecurity line of business. This particular position will be supporting a cybersecurity -sponsored global technology significant initiative known as Post Quantum Cryptography Modernization. In this role you will be expected to lead and facilitate Enterprise-wide initiatives associated to the program's objectives.
Examples of key responsibilities will include leading an initiative across a large number of Global Technology Product Lines in order to execute the implementation of data gathering; partnering with our Quantum Cryptography Engineering community to facilitate the implementation of inventory gathering and management; partnering with Lines of Businesses to ensure alignment and support of the program's objectives are in place.
Job responsibilities:
- Leading and facilitating complex technical initiatives across a large community of products
- Coordinating and leading Executive-level meetings/presentations
- Managing program financials including developing business cases, forecasting, managing P&L, and reoccurring reporting
- Escalating decisions, actions, and blockers to Executive sponsors as necessary
- Organizing and leading design/architectural related discussion as necessary
- Ensuring risk management strategies are followed and implemented within guidelines
- Setting and defining clear objectives, milestones, definitions of done, and status
- Identifying and securing program resources in a matrix-program model where necessary
- Chair and facilitate program meetings attending by all levels of Management
- Develop and deliver high quality Executive presentations up to and including the GT CISO, CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs as required
- Prepare and maintain Program Confluence page(s), JIRA boards, program plan(s), metrics, scorecards, status reports, etc.
