Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice, shaping client strategies and addressing complex legal queries with confidence.
• Engage in due diligence projects, ensuring analysis and risk assessment to guide client decisions.
• Lead and contribute to negotiations, advocating effectively for client interests while liaising with their representatives and key external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, seminars, and technical training sessions that captivate and educate audiences.
• Mentor junior legal talent, fostering an environment of learning and professional development that strengthens the team.

Candidate Profile:

• A solid academic foundation with a degree in Law.
• An LLM degree would offer a distinct advantage.
• Multilingual proficiency: we highly value fluency in Russian and English.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant practice, particularly in tax and/or customs litigation.
• A well-rounded legal expert with an impressive understanding of corporate, finance and employment law.
