You will report directly to our VP of Business Analysis and Planning andyou will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on thefinancial performance of the organization. You will lead a team of financialprofessionals, providing guidance and support in cost management, budgeting,forecasting, and financial analysis. Your strategic mindset and ability toidentify cost-saving opportunities will contribute to the overall success ofthe organization. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will drivefinancial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Leadthe functional cost management function, overseeing cost optimization,financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies and initiatives to drivefinancial performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunitiesand drive efficiency in business processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and driveprofitability.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignmentwith business goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support cost analysis andreporting.
- Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance,coaching, and support.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive financial insights and recommendations tosupport business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

YOU MUST HAVE- 10+ years of experience in finance, cost management, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis and strategic decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
WE VALUE- Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degreepreferred.
- Experience in a leadership role within a multinational organization.
