Seattle, WA, USAAs a Senior Applied Scientist, you will solve large complex real-world problems at scale, draw inspiration from the latest science and technology to empower undefined/untapped business use cases, delve into customer requirements, collaborate with tech teams on design, and create production-ready models that span various domains. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying highly innovative modeling techniques to production to automate the permissions management across tens of thousands of systems.Key job responsibilities
- 5+ years of industry experience in Deep learning, Natural Language Processing/Understanding, Reinforcement learning and Speech processing
- PhD, or a Master's degree and experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing

- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
