Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on M&A impacts on finance functions and CFO priorities.
• Specialize in integration, separation, and change in ownership challenges.
• Apply analytical and advisory skills throughout the deal lifecycle, with a focus on ODD and value creation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design the operating model and assist clients with finance function integration.
• Collaborate across EY service lines to address CFOs' most pressing issues.
• The ‘CFO Solutions’ team also work across EY, drawing across all of our service lines, including value creation, P&L optimisation, as well as maturity assessment of the finance function to support scalability and/or cost out.

Skills and Attributes for Success:To qualify for this role, you must:

• Have broad experience in finance, industry roles, or transactions.
• Be a qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA).
• Possess strong academic and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience as a change agent.
• Demonstrate business development experience.
