Job Description
To our tech center in Prague
To accelerate adoption and “sweating the asset”, the Excellence Explorer squad will go back to the entity post SAP eco system implementation to observe usage of the system, assist with issues and identify pain points that hamper platform usage.
You will be responsible for partnering with Business partners in our Animal Health in the Finance and Source to Settle (STS) supporting the (Global) Business Process in our ERP system.
Responsibilities
Support safeguarding the Global Template
Reviews and supports approval of changes before they are executed
Build strong relationship with Local Business Process Owners (LBPO’s) and Key Users / SME’s
Delivers input to the GBPO and Team Manager for Projects and CRF’s
Manages medium complex projects
Participate in workshops, support testing, training and go-live
Support second line support team
Connect with EPM colleagues on to understand end-to-end processes and aim for improvements or impact of existing change requests
Qualifications
Broad general IT knowledge and experience
In depth knowledge of SAP Finance & Source to Settle (Ariba knowledge a bonus)
SAP R/3 relevant module at customizing level
Minimum Three - Five years or more hands on experience with SAP customizing in Finance (FI/CO/AR/AP) Modules
Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry.
Have knowledge and experience in computer system validation
Knowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard software
Strongly developed analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Drive to deliver quality work
Customer-oriented way of working
Ability to maintain contacts with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
Mature business partner and creative problem solver
Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
Willingnes to travel (up to 25%)
