KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead andmanage a team of hardware engineers to develop and deliver high-quality regulatorycompliant airside airport products
• Providetechnical guidance and support to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Manageproject timelines, budgets, and resources
• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency

YOU MUSTHAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline suchas Electrical Engineering, Electronics,or related field
• 12+ years of experience in hardware designand development (Analog design/Power electronics)
• Strong knowledge of hardware designprinciples and methodologies and experience on complete product development cycleincluding mechanical /electrical and embedded firmware.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCBlayout tools
• Experience with hardware testing /validation/regulatorycompliance
• Excellent leadership and communicationskills
• Delivery and Talent Leadership
• Systems thinking and Business / Customer facing ability / exposure
