As a LOB Risk Specialist Senior, within PNC’s Enterprise Fraud Risk Management support organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.Additional responsibilities include:• Working with Fraud LOBs to coordinate and lead initiatives with technology issues, matters, and RCSA maintenance.• Performing Risk & Control Assessments (over Design & Operating Effectiveness) to proactively identify risk, assess impacts, and make recommendations on resolution.• Executing Risk & Control Gap Analysis exercises and identifying opportunities for enhancements, where applicable.• Ensuring necessary steps are being taken to remediate and close fraud issues on time and successfully.• Meeting with the Fraud LOB you support regularly and helping with various ad-hoc projects including, but not limited to, policy exceptions, audits, and vulnerabilities.• Leading technology risk projects with an independent risk lens to provide sustainable assurance over business-critical processes, regulatory requirements, risks, and controls.• Experience with Archer, Tableau or Visio is preferred, but not required.
Job Description- Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables line of business adherence with risk management programs.
- Participates in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
- Executes the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross functional teams.
- Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
- Leads or influences risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
