Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business analysis OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience collaborating with Finance or Sales teams to generate actionable business insights and build business cases for new solutions.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Azure consumption revenue (ACR) and GTM motions.
  • Experience in Microsoft Security business and solutions.
  • Prior collaboration with Finance teams on offer strategy.
  • Background in offer development, performance tracking, and business health metrics.
  • Experience managing executive communications and MBR content.
  • Proficiency with issue tracker tools and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience launching and tracking new offers in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and offer frameworks that support business growth and customer engagement.
  • Deliver business analysis to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and present compelling business cases that align with organizational goals and drive investment decisions.
  • Manage business review operations, including preparation of performance dashboards, and rhythm-of-business (ROB) cadences.
  • Maintain and optimize issue tracking systems to ensure timely resolution, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
