As an Trade Lifecycle Analyst within Broker Dealer Market Operations, you will have the opportunity to support the Broker-Dealer Servicing Business, handling Reconciliation, Controls and Regulatory reporting (FED, FINRA, SEC). You will gain exposure to senior leaders through reporting and securing approval. You will act as a critical intermediary between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
Job responsibilities:
- Analyze complex and ambiguous issues to recommend creative solutions
- Investigate and resolve breaks in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Identify and escalate of material errors and exceptions
- Work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation and efficiency
- Synthesize information to formulate a concise message for Management
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers
- Display high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products’ (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- 2-3 years’ experience in Reconciliation and Controls Reporting.
- Familiarity with FINRA SEC regulations and securities services operations
- Ability to work closely with Business Partners and interact with Senior leaders
- Ability to generate ideas and identify process improvements
- Knowledge of metrics and scorecard analysis
- Good relationship-building and time management skills
- Results-orientated and Team player
- With background in Intelligent automation
- Data and analytical experience (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) required.
- Familiarity with automation, data analysis, and data visualization tools a plus (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, etc.)
- Reconciliation experience highly preferred and can work as Individual contributor
