The Procurement Excellence Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and streamlining our procurement processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that procurement operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, resulting in value creation, improved supplier relationships, and introduction to innovative technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive procurement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


About the Role:

  • Enhance Procurement Processes: Serve as a subject matter expert to continually refine and enhance procurement processes. Ability to design and connect process flows across the organization and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation of process improvements across various countries and operating entities.
  • Lead Change Initiatives: Take the lead in driving change initiatives and project implementations, employing effective change management techniques. Organize and conduct communication, training sessions, and workshops for cross-org business stakeholders, procurement staff, and other relevant departments, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge of procurement best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Take ownership of and nurture relationships with strategic suppliers, fostering a spirit of innovation, collaboration, and productivity. Support activities in aligning with business stakeholders and supplier account management teams for Executive Briefing Centers, Quarterly Business Reviews & Monthly Service Reviews.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Conceptualize, define, and maintain metrics for suppliers across different business units. Track and analyze the performance of suppliers to proactively manage issues and risks and identify levers to optimize cost and increase the generation of value.
  • Innovation: Act as a proponent of change across the company's culture within the Procurement organization, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that drives upstream market intelligence. Work with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms to identify and present potential new solutions/ services that align with business strategy and roadmaps

About You:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement operations, sourcing/category, or project management functions.
  • Proven ability for effective and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong data analytical abilities to drive actionable insights and develop compelling messages.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced and innovative business environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
  • Proven ability to challenge current practices, seek alternative options, and challenge convention.
  • Able to work without supervision and is adaptable to changes in the work environment including the reassessment of category and business priorities
  • English proficiency is a must and only applications submitted in English will be considered.
  • Procurement/Supply Chain certification preferred (e.g., CPSM, CPP, CIPS, SPSM, or CSCP).
  • A technical degree or equivalent is preferred.
