Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager ensuring that all sales and profit targets are achieved through:

• Coordinating and supervising store assistants in the assigned area ensuring optimum customer service.
• Ensuring that the daily guidelines set for each floor are adhered to.
• Ensuring the replenishment and organisation of the sales area in accordance with Visual Merchandising criteria.
• Supervise the correct operation of the checkout area.
• Customer service, information and sales management support.

Knowledge and skills:

• Leadership skills.
• Sales skills. Initiative, team spirit.
• Passionate about sports.
• Languages: Spanish and English with ability to communicate effectively both spoken and written.
• Regular user of Windows Office.

Studies and experience:

• University education related to our business.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct customer service preferably in the field of sport, street/casual fashion of related competitor companies in this sector.
• At least one year of experience in team management.
