General knowledge of usage of hand tools and precision measuring instruments is a requirement.

Expected to perform receiving inspection, disassembly, cleaning, parts inspection, assembly and test of aircraft components.

Will be trained in handling Aircraft APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) and/or other Mechanical components.

Ensures that work carried out meets to the required quality as stated in the respective manual.

Initiate & implement continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.

At least a NTC certificate or higher

Minimum 1-1.5 years of experience in Aerospace/ Aviation industry

Experience in disassembly, cleaning, assembly, testing of Aircraft components

Able to read, write and communicate in English

Able to read and follow manuals, interpret technical drawings

Committed and willing to work long hours

Basic computer skills

Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills

Apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of responsibility

Familiar with standard technical concepts, practices, procedures

Good understanding of 5S concepts
