As aManager, Process Management, Supplier Strategy & Transformation, you will be responsible for creating a strategic framework focused on establishing and growing our community impact, involvement and culture workstream. You will be expected to deliver flawlessly executed processes that improve business experience and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impacton the organization's culture as well as the communities in which we work. In addition, you will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the framework and its implementation.
General Responsibilities:
Creating and validating processes
Developing and deploying community involvement strategie
Create an internal strategy to establish a culture of inclusion, belonging and development
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in people management
At least 3 years of experience in process management
At least 3 years of experience in data management
At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance or audit
At least 4 years of experience in process management
At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams within an organization
