This role requires a highly organized individual who can synthesize complex, ambiguous requirements into scope/ inputs that factory engineering and construction teams can execute to. You will drive collaboration across manufacturing, industrial engineering, infrastructure engineering, and construction teams to ensure factory launch plans are clear and executed to meet aggressive program goals. You will conduct technical deep dives into factory layout designs, infrastructure system options, and ensure factory development is adhering to Tesla's core principles. You will identify and understand program dependencies, risks, and disconnected information and distill data into clear messages/plans. You can communicate & influence a wide range of staff from senior leaders to junior staff to support project goals.
