Your key responsibilities
- Conduct research and data collection to understand the organization, industry, or specific topics required for the project.
- Understand client issues and develop hypotheses of key problems.
- Interview the client's employees, management team, and other stakeholders.
- Develop an analysis plan and collect relevant data.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to validate or disprove identified problems.
- Collaborate with peers to develop the best solutions and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Structure work products and deliverables.
- Present findings and recommendations to the project team and client representatives.
- Support client representatives in implementing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and structured workflow and project archive.
- Develop funding request-specific documents, including Application Forms, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and other required forms and annexes.
- Ensure compliance with financing contract provisions during the implementation period and prepare specific deliverables such as progress reports, reimbursement folders, and procurement folders.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Excellent academic background.
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Proven communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Romanian.
- Exposure to Project Management or the Energy sector is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
