Job Description

As the Senior Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders in Data Strategy, Procurement, Data Management, Suppliers, and Alliance partners. Your responsibilities will include managing contract data asset metadata collection, data access requests, and educating stakeholders on governance processes.

Must haves:

• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry

• Understanding of patient privacy, patient journey, and data confidentiality

• Knowledge of data-driven and value-based healthcare

• Ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in contract negotiation

Nice to haves:

• Vendor or customer management knowledge

• Familiarity with contracting systems

• Ability to provide trusted guidance to improve healthcare and patient outcomes

• Keystone character traits: integrity, compassion, and self-awareness

• Bachelor Degree

Key Tasks:

• Negotiate and execute US and International contracts

• Manage central tracking and storage of various documents and agreements for Vaccine and Above/Across Brand initiatives

• Capture contract data asset metadata in our Company’s centralized contracting system

• Assist in assessing and prioritizing supplier contract demand to align with brand strategy timelines

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

• Support the development and education on automated workflows

• Act as a liaison in stakeholder discussions to align on contract demand and roadmap strategy

• Support continuous improvements in our Company’s contract lifecycle management system

• Collaborate with various teams to support the contract lifecycle, including template development
