What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across Artlist’s web and product ecosystem - from insights and flows to refined, high-fidelity UI.
• Craft visually compelling, polished interfaces with strong typography, layout, hierarchy, motion cues, and interaction design.
• Design intuitive AI-powered experiences, making advanced creative capabilities simple, approachable, and inspiring.
• Shape the visual language of Artlist’s product surfaces, ensuring every screen feels cinematic, premium, and creator-friendly.
• Contribute to and extend Artlist’s design system, focusing on scalable, reusable, and visually consistent components.
• Partner with product, engineering, brand, and marketing to deliver cohesive experiences across product + web.
• Use data, research, and rapid prototyping to refine decisions, validate designs, and improve usability.
• Work fast and iteratively, exploring multiple visual directions and pushing for high-quality execution.

• 5–8 years of experience designing digital products, creative tools, or SaaS web platforms.
• Exceptional UI and visual design strength - mastery of typography, grids, color, composition, component design, and responsive behavior.
• Deep experience with UX fundamentals, user flows, and interaction patterns for web and product.
• Experience designing with and contributing to design systems (component libraries, tokens, patterns).
• Ability to turn abstract or AI-driven ideas into clear, expressive, human-centered interfaces.
• Strong communicator who collaborates easily with cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, exploratory, innovation-driven environments.

As a Program Manager, you’ll be the bridge between vision and execution - leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning teams, and ensuring projects are delivered with impact.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across multiple teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and timelines.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, tracking milestones and key deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes to support scaling and agility.
• Be part of the Program Management team, reporting to the Head of Program Management, in the Product and Technology growing department.

• 5 years of project management experience in a fast-growing tech company.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Strong technical understanding - ability to grasp APIs, system integrations and dependencies, and bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Proven success managing multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Experience with agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organizational development practices aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.

• 5 + years of experience in OD in the global companies, preferably - high tech industry
• Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role will be considered an advantage
• Experience in rolling out end-to-end programs around change management, leadership development, top talents and engagement surveys
• Strong Project management skills managing multiple cross-organizational projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Science or related field. A master's degree is preferred

As aat Artlist, you'll play a key role in driving our product’s growth by analyzing and optimizing our most critical conversion funnels. You'll provide actionable insights focused on our pricing page and core user journeys to directly impact business success. In this critical role, you'll work closely with product teams to test hypotheses, validate strategies, and ensure our product keeps growing in a competitive market.

Wake Up For This

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize core funnels, pricing, and CTAs.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of the user journey to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
• Develop and manage key metrics to measure business performance and product health.
• Partner with product squads and strategic stakeholders to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• 4+ years of experience as a product analyst, with a strong focus on growth and experimentation.
• Proven, hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in a data-driven environment.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic business decisions.
• Advanced SQL skills and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques.
• Experience defining and validating event-tracking specifications (event specs) for product analytics.
• Solid foundation in statistics and its practical application in A/B testing.
• Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics , or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - an advantage.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) - an advantage.
