What you'll be doing:

• Design, build, and scale backend systems that power Forter’s real-time decisioning and APIs.
• Own projects end-to-end - from design and implementation to production rollout and monitoring.
• Ensure systems are low-latency, fault-tolerant, and high-throughput across distributed environments.
• Enhance observability, reliability, and developer experience through strong operational and tooling practices.
• Collaborate with Product, analysts, data scientists, and infrastructure teams to drive innovation across Forter’s decision ecosystem.
• Participate in technical discussions and customer interactions, providing expertise and clear communication when supporting enterprise integrations.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in large-scale production environments
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Proven ability to design and maintain high-scale distributed systems
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences — including direct collaboration with customers worldwide

• Experience with API Gateway architectures, schema/versioning strategies, or platformization efforts
• Familiarity with real-time data processing frameworks (e.g., Flink, Storm) and resilience patterns
• Background working alongside data science or machine learning teams
• Contributions to developer platforms, infrastructure services, or internal tools improving engineering velocity

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across Artlist’s web and product ecosystem - from insights and flows to refined, high-fidelity UI.
• Craft visually compelling, polished interfaces with strong typography, layout, hierarchy, motion cues, and interaction design.
• Design intuitive AI-powered experiences, making advanced creative capabilities simple, approachable, and inspiring.
• Shape the visual language of Artlist’s product surfaces, ensuring every screen feels cinematic, premium, and creator-friendly.
• Contribute to and extend Artlist’s design system, focusing on scalable, reusable, and visually consistent components.
• Partner with product, engineering, brand, and marketing to deliver cohesive experiences across product + web.
• Use data, research, and rapid prototyping to refine decisions, validate designs, and improve usability.
• Work fast and iteratively, exploring multiple visual directions and pushing for high-quality execution.

• 5–8 years of experience designing digital products, creative tools, or SaaS web platforms.
• Exceptional UI and visual design strength - mastery of typography, grids, color, composition, component design, and responsive behavior.
• Deep experience with UX fundamentals, user flows, and interaction patterns for web and product.
• Experience designing with and contributing to design systems (component libraries, tokens, patterns).
• Ability to turn abstract or AI-driven ideas into clear, expressive, human-centered interfaces.
• Strong communicator who collaborates easily with cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, exploratory, innovation-driven environments.
• Passion for creativity, visual storytelling, and shaping the future of design with AI.

As a Program Manager, you’ll be the bridge between vision and execution - leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning teams, and ensuring projects are delivered with impact.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across multiple teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and timelines.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, tracking milestones and key deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes to support scaling and agility.
• Be part of the Program Management team, reporting to the Head of Program Management, in the Product and Technology growing department.

• 5 years of project management experience in a fast-growing tech company.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Strong technical understanding - ability to grasp APIs, system integrations and dependencies, and bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Proven success managing multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Experience with agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organizational development practices aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
• Initiate and lead organizational development programs based on the Units specific needs.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs to build leadership capabilities at all levels.
• Manage an annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, planning initiatives, content development, vendor and budget management, and process improvement.
• Lead global performance management processes, talent management programs, and innovation initiatives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align organizational development initiatives with business needs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives.

• 5 + years of experience in OD in the global companies, preferably - high tech industry
• Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role will be considered an advantage
• Experience in rolling out end-to-end programs around change management, leadership development, top talents and engagement surveys
• Strong Project management skills managing multiple cross-organizational projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Science or related field. A master's degree is preferred
