Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate global compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary review, variable and bonus plans, equity grants, and ongoing program management.
• Enforce and promote the company’s Compensation & Benefits methodologies, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
• Participate in and manage compensation survey submissions (e.g., Zviran, Radford) while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform market analyses and benchmarking to identify compensation trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.
• Design, maintain, and continuously optimize global salary structures, pay grades, and compensation salary ranges.
• Oversee the administration and governance of global benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across all locations.
• Perform data analysis, develop reports, and present actionable recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.

• 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, scenario modeling).
• Familiarity with compensation/HRIS systems (e.g. HiBob).
• Experience in market surveys (Radford, Zviran, etc.), job leveling, and pay structure design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• High discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and benefit regulations
• Understanding of equity / long-term incentive programs is an advantage
• Experience working in a global tech environment.

As aat Artlist, you'll play a key role in driving our product’s growth by analyzing and optimizing our most critical conversion funnels. You'll provide actionable insights focused on our pricing page and core user journeys to directly impact business success. In this critical role, you'll work closely with product teams to test hypotheses, validate strategies, and ensure our product keeps growing in a competitive market.

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize core funnels, pricing, and CTAs.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of the user journey to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
• Develop and manage key metrics to measure business performance and product health.
• Partner with product squads and strategic stakeholders to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• 4+ years of experience as a product analyst, with a strong focus on growth and experimentation.
• Proven, hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in a data-driven environment.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic business decisions.
• Advanced SQL skills and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques.
• Experience defining and validating event-tracking specifications (event specs) for product analytics.
• Solid foundation in statistics and its practical application in A/B testing.
• Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics , or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - an advantage.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) - an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end projects and items, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Lead and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Customer Experience solutions, driving initiatives such as Customer Success, Customer Support, Training, Services and more.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and execute complex projects using both out of box features.
• Design and analyze various business processes and related data from the requirements gathering to implementation and roll out.
• Responsible for evaluating and recommending a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
• Maintenance including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and highest quality.
• Evaluate new tools to be implemented with integration to Salesforce to drive solutions to business process issues and maintain data integrity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work within Scrum sprint cycles to prioritize, plan, and deliver Salesforce-related tasks and enhancements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with deep knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and system architecture.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, Gainsight, Five9, Appinium– Advantage
• Excellent analytical and hands-on problem solving skills
• Experience analyzing, designing, optimizing and building robust solutions
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work well in a cross-functional environment
• Good technical understanding and ability to learn fast
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead complex projects and rollouts – a BIG plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing global environment
• Able to create documentation of requirements, business\technical design and test plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Must

• Knowledge in network research and/or data science
• Proficient in Python (Pandas, Scipy, Scikit, etc.) with a core focus on data crunching and algorithm development
• Knowledge of network protocols, encryption algorithms, and network security
• Proficient in deep learning on one or more platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch – an advantage
• Team player and an excellent communicator, capable of abstracting complex solutions and presenting your work to internal partners as well as other researchers
• MSc degree in a quantitative discipline (computer science, engineering, statistics, physics, bioinformatics, etc.) – an advantage
