About the Role:

Does the idea of translating product capabilities into business benefits and compelling stories get you up in the morning? Reporting to our Director, Field CISO and Product Marketing, you will deliver highly visible content, both internally and externally, for our Orca Cloud Security Platform. As a Product Marketing Specialsit, you will collaborate cross-functionally, creating go-to-market strategies that demonstrate Orca’s differentiated leadership in cloud security. You’ll help lead launches, write great blogs, and participate in webinars. you will be the champion of Orca’s latest and greatest product developments which positively influence and disrupt the cloud security industry. What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate key features and capabilities into messages that drive awareness and adoption
  • Work with our Orca Research Pod to message and drive awareness for their discoveries and research
  • Develop content to educate DevOps, Security Ops, and CISOs about our solutions, as well as excite, motivate and inspire them to become customers
  • Craft and develop materials to educate prospects and users; including web pages, blog posts, videos, case studies, press releases, and sales presentations

What You Bring:
  • Product Marketing: 2+ years of experience in content or product marketing roles

The Opportunity

At Flywire, we’re looking for a to drive the creation and execution of high-impact marketing programs that accelerate demand, enhance engagement, and optimize lead acquisition for our growing Travel vertical. This leadership role will be key in shaping the strategy and execution of our demand generation efforts, with a focus on delivering measurable pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on Demand Gen Campaigns: Manage the execution of demand generation programs across events, digital channels, and marketing partners, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Management: Partner with the Business Development team on seamless lead handoff processes and provide enablement and best practices for lead management.
  • Event Management: Serve as the primary marketing contact for various event-related initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and partner with Sales to drive pipeline, track performance, and optimize event ROI
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to identify target segments, tailor messaging, and execute campaigns that engage and convert these audiences. Track and analyze key metrics to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Campaign Messaging & Content Creation: Create compelling, results-driven campaign content, including email, landing pages, webinars, blog posts, paid social ads, and more. Align messaging with the company’s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Demand Generation Calendar & Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, setup, execution, and tracking of demand generation campaigns, managing the demand gen calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance across various channels. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation on a Marketing team, preferably with a B2B focus.
  • Track record of generating or accelerating pipeline via events, paid campaigns, email nurture, or ABM.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive- able to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
  • Proven ability to execute effectively and collaborate with teams cross-functionally, especially Sales.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content across different platforms.

  • Design, Develop and Operate multi-tenant, global, scalable & highly available Products following the agreed Engineering Operating Model
  • Optimize ROI for development and ongoing operations costs of portfolio
  • Drive awareness, adoption and reuse of platforms across CT, EY and external partner ecosystem
  • Support, measure and continuously improve product availability through Site Reliability Engineering foundational practices (SRE, DraaS)
  • Implement DevOps Practices and establish Site Reliability Engineering capabilities across all Products
  • Advise and implement technology and platform strategy and standards for Client Technology in collaboration with technology teams across EY
  • Advise and implement technology, platforms and development standards as part of Engineering Leadership
  • Scout the technology landscape for emerging technologies, patterns and solutions to benefit EY or our Clients
  • Drive an engineering culture that attracts and retains the best talent

Other Client-Facing Activities

  • Collaborate with technology teams across EY Service Lines, being a thought leader and strategizing with the Client facing teams on implementation of global scale projects, including but not limited to migrations and build out of large-scale solution deployment.
  • Participate in client pursuits as the lead representative for EY in the platform and cloud space

Skills and attributes for success

  • Balanced experience in managing a delivery organization while having hands-on software development experience
  • Expert in driving full product development and software development lifecycle including definition, design, development and operations of globally distributed and scalable cloud-based products
  • Expert understanding of software engineering concepts such as: multithreading, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, high performance and scalable components
  • Expert knowledge of Application and Infrastructure architectures including non-functional aspects like performance, scalability, reliability, availability etc
  • Expert knowledge of software and product development practices and tooling (incl. coding, coding standards and reviews, source control, testing, debugging, build, deployment and operations)
  • Deep knowledge on modern multi Cloud (on-prem and public) platforms and infrastructures, Cloud Native application product architectures based on PaaS. SaaS and IaaS services
  • Delivering integrated IT operations services across complex multi cloud environments (On-Prem, Azure, Google, AWS) meeting agreed to SLAs
  • Technical leadership across infrastructure, networking and platform technologies supporting a diverse application product portfolio (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Leadership qualities include developing teamwork and trust, exhibiting respectful transparent communication, exemplifying collaboration both with peers and clients and leading positive change that fosters diversity and inclusiveness
  • Experienced with managing large IT budgets, driving productivity, quality and cost efficiencies
  • Technical leader providing vision, strategy and execution for modern application and infrastructure operations organizations.
  • Skilled at creating efficient and modern organization operating models, process and structure supporting shift to Agile, DevOPS and SRE delivery practices.

Engineering Managers have not only the technical expertise to take on and provide technical leadership to major projects, but also manage a team of engineers. You will lead your team to shape and deliver a portfolio of products

  • Manage a software engineering team that builds, designs, implements and maintains a portfolio of software products and related services.
  • Set goals, strategies, budgets, and oversee deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites.
  • Manage robust and scalable systems in order to get ahead of the exponential demand.
  • Influence and establish best engineering practices through solid design decisions, processes and tools.
  • Provide leadership for engineering standards inside EY and manage collaboration with cross-functional Engineering teams to streamline and improve adoption of software platforms.
  • Act as Engineering Leadership provide technical governance across all Engineering products

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Degree at university level
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • 15+ years in business, prior work in industry, technology or a professional services firm
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing senior staff and offshore teams
  • Understanding of IT life cycle: pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financials
  • Outstanding self-management, influence management, information presentation and interpersonal communication
What we offer
The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $134,200 to $258,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $161,000 to $293,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.

About the Role:

Does the idea of translating product capabilities into business benefits and compelling stories get you up in the morning? Reporting to our Director, Field CISO and Product Marketing, you will deliver highly visible content, both internally and externally, for our Orca Cloud Security Platform. As a Product Marketing Specialsit, you will collaborate cross-functionally, creating go-to-market strategies that demonstrate Orca’s differentiated leadership in cloud security. You’ll help lead launches, write great blogs, and participate in webinars. you will be the champion of Orca’s latest and greatest product developments which positively influence and disrupt the cloud security industry. What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate key features and capabilities into messages that drive awareness and adoption
  • Work with our Orca Research Pod to message and drive awareness for their discoveries and research
  • Develop content to educate DevOps, Security Ops, and CISOs about our solutions, as well as excite, motivate and inspire them to become customers
  • Craft and develop materials to educate prospects and users; including web pages, blog posts, videos, case studies, press releases, and sales presentations
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence
What You Bring:
  • Product Marketing: 2+ years of experience in content or product marketing roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills and an ability to translate technical information into compelling content
  • Fast learner, able to quickly develop a deep understanding of our cloud security platform and target markets
