As an Analyst, Commodity Management, you will be responsible for driving negotiations and request for proposals with suppliers and creating sourcing operations plans with business stakeholders.
You will:
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs and improve efficiency without compromising on quality.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new products to make informed sourcing decisions.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Essential Requirements
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldand graduated in 2025/26
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess supplier proposals, and support cost analysis
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation, team-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As the Director of Risk Management you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing supplier and operational programs that improve the bottom line and protect the organization in various risk areas. Procedures, Policies and Audits:
Ensure third-party risk management practices adhere to company policies and comply with relevant required regulations and standards. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure any issues or findings are addressed timely and then governed. Ensure policies and procedures stay current, accurate and complete.
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
Mature and digitalize risk / compliance performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance against contractual obligations, service level agreements, risk resiliency, and compliance requirements. Conduct vendor performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement any corrective actions necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, finance, supply chain or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience in risk management, procurement, compliance or supplier governance, with at least 5 years in leadership and 10 years in work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in third-party management, risk resiliency, governance processes, regulatory requirements and ability to work with cross-functional teams to increase resiliency within WD and with WD suppliers.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute strategic plans and articulate vision to others, including executives.
