WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will work closely with the Sports Marketing Sport Categories and Integration team to innovate around how we serve athletes consistently and holistically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 365 athlete service plans for Nike’s top tier Basketball, Football, and Baseball athletes to deliver against the athlete’s personal interests and priorities, as well as Nike’s holistic service offering, focused on performance, innovation, styling, product, and brand.
  • Manage the Basketball, Football, and Baseball athlete service budget to deliver against the entire portfolio, implementing a tiered approach to service.
  • Work closely with the NSRL (Nike Sports Research Lab) team to deliver elevated performance services aligned to the athlete’s training, competition, and recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with the Styling Services team to develop and execute curated styling journeys for priority athletes to help them shine when the world is watching.
  • Connect with Basketball, Football, and Baseball athletes during key sport moments, cultural moments, and Nike moments to deliver elevated services curated for them and for the specific moment.
  • Work with Basketball, Football, and Baseball Sports Marketing Reps and functional stakeholders to deliver a premium experience during athlete WHQ visits.
  • Manage athlete plan updates in AirTable and SMARTE to ensure a seamless flow of information to key business and leadership stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

· Partner with the NYC Director of Retail Marketing to enable the end-to-end strategic planning and execution processes.

· Create and leverage tools and processes, driving clarity, efficiency and simplicity. Producing playbooks & toolkits for teams to clearly reference.

· Orchestrate the seasonal retail processes to enable the delivery of seasonal and evergreen campaigns across owned and partner channels.

· Lead end-to-end operational management for the Retail Marketing team by setting and driving compliance to dates and gates, briefings, leadership reviews, budget planning/oversight.

· Track and report project health, escalating risks as needed, and working with retail leadership with create solutions to get back on track.

· Build relationships across the NYC and NA Brand Marketing matrix and contribute to the overall operational strategy, continuously improving ways of working.

You will work cross-functionally with consumer, merchandising, marketing & marketplace teams, global to geo, to align strategies and priorities and ensure teams have the information and tools they need to enable flawless execution. Projects and deliverables you will work on and lead include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute a Global Nike Store Visual Merchandising strategy, inclusive of mannequin and fixture strategy support, inputs, process and development.

  • Driving Playbook development strategy & inputs.

  • Development and own partnership with VM Geo partners to ensure the flow of updated related to Concept development.

  • Leading Cross-Concept/Season-less work streams in partnership with VM Concept Manager, VM CFOP teams and X-Functional partners.

  • Assisting in the development of store specific zone plans, product journeys and assortment-presentation plans.

  • Supporting in the development of processes, tools, zoning strategy, and product journey presentation plans that enable the expansion of Nike Stores and inform a data-informed approach provided to Geo’s that will impact the future strategy of retail concepts at scale.
