As a Payment Sales Manager (PSM) within the Healthcare segment in Payments Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for developing new business from clients within the Healthcare segment. You will be expected to sell products with value to the Firm as well as build a strong pipeline. This role reports directly to a Managing Director who is the Co-Head of Tax Planning in Corporate Tax.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture opportunities and structured investments for JPMorgan Chase’s own account from a tax perspective. This includes overseeing the entire deal life cycle of the transaction, from structuring through negotiation to post-closing integration.
• Collaborate on Internal Legal Entity Restructurings: Design, implement and advise on internal restructuring transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
• Collaborate with the team working on Investment Tax Credits: Partner with business units on investments that give rise to tax credits, such as low-income housing and green energy tax credits.

As a Control Manager - Senior Associate within the Treasury/Chief Investment Office, you will be in the first line of defense, collaborating with business executives and process owners to identify risks, assess impacts, design sustainable controls, and monitor their effectiveness. You will support the execution of the Control and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) program for the Treasury/Chief Investment Office, with a focus on the Finance function, supporting the Investment Portfolio and Treasury Funding teams.

• Maintain the CORE Process, Risk and Control inventory, and related risk impact and control effectiveness ratings to provide an accurate reflection of the business’ operational risk profile
