The Opportunity:

As a key member of the global Revenue Operations team, the Growth Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, scalability, and visibility across the revenue engine by streamlining processes and unlocking the full potential of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. This role is ideal for an efficiency and automation-minded operator, who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, process, technology, and execution.

In this role, you will directly impact Flywire’s ability to scale Revenue Operations globally across Education, Travel, B2B, and Healthcare verticals. By simplifying processes, improving data flow, and enabling AI and automation, you’ll empower our GTM teams to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth.

Local to Boston is preferred.
What You’ll Do:

  • Design and optimize Sales processes: Enable for scale by identifying friction points and reducing manual effort – while also maintaining both process and data integrity

  • Drive the RevOps tech stack roadmap: Ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business impact, streamline sales processes, and drive strong user adoption

  • Identity and execute AI and automation opportunities: Enhance both seller and RevOps productivity and data reliability (e.g., AI-driven coaching and insights; data enrichment)

  • Gather and prioritize business requirements: Partner with GTM leaders, end-users, and Systems architects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and governed appropriately

  • Lead tool training and adoption: Develop and deliver tech stack enablement playbooks and track adoption to measure value realization across the GTM teams

What You Bring:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions – preferably in a financial payments and/or B2B software environment

  • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of GTM processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline, and commissions) and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ, Gong, and Marketo)

  • Proven experience designing scalable processes, leveraging data and technology to drive measurable business impact

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and deliver impactful and timely projects

  • A proactive, efficiency-thinking approach with a passion for continuous improvement and automation

The Opportunity:

Engineering Manager to join our Platform Engineering Team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of developers and coordinate with other disciplines like QA, SRE, Product and Technical Writers.

The Platform team is responsible for Flywire’s inbound payments and the handling of funds. We work to ensure a secure, efficient, and transparent experience for both the sender and receiver of funds. The team is core for Flywire’s business, providing best in class payor experiences, and processing payments in the fastest, most secure and most cost-effective way, enabling vertical solution teams to be able to grow our business and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

Engineering Managers in Flywire have a good technical background so they are able to keep the technical vision and development practices moving on the right path. They also lead development teams and support their developers to grow both personally and technically.

In This Work, You Will:

  • Support a high-visibility team with significant impact on the company vision and its product.

  • Work closely with SRE, QA, and Product teams to improve and maintain the core payments Platform in Flywire.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a
Product Manager own our integrations product strategy, and to drive impact in our rapidly growing travel business by identifying and solving problems that provide value to our customers and stakeholders in the luxury travel space.

About you

  • Experience of employment tax gained in consultancy, legal firm and/or large global corporate
  • Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders at all levels to gain support for major changes and key decisions
  • Working and technical understanding of key employment tax issues including:
  • Expenses and Benefits (PSAs and P11Ds)
  • Employment Status (IR35 and self-employed)
  • Payroll (PAYE, RTI, apprenticeship levy, audits)
  • Construction Industry Scheme
  • Termination Payments
    • Pensions
    • National Minimum Wage
    • Dealing with HMRC, audits, disclosure
    • SAO and CCO
    • Understanding of equity plans (basic understanding)
  • Business development skills, able to identify and convert opportunities to sell work
  • Proven track record in project management and delivery
  • Change orientated with flexible approach
  • Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
  • Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions
  • Focus on achieving project / programme goals and objectives
  • High quality deliverables including clear and concise technical guidance

Your key responsibilities

You'll likely spend much of your time engaging in client consultations and challenging the unclaimed property and escheat approach for optimal effectiveness. To make that happen, we'll look to you to implement your extensive knowledge of unclaimed property concepts and requirements.   • Technical expertise and experience related to compliance, audit defense and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services
  • Performance and process advisory experience related to unclaimed property compliance
  • Broad exposure to state and local taxation
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

Ideally, you'll also have

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $135,000 to $308,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $162,100 to $350,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

The Opportunity:

As a key member of the global Revenue Operations team, the Growth Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, scalability, and visibility across the revenue engine by streamlining processes and unlocking the full potential of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. In this role, you will directly impact Flywire’s ability to scale Revenue Operations globally across Education, Travel, B2B, and Healthcare verticals. By simplifying processes, improving data flow, and enabling AI and automation, you’ll empower our GTM teams to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and optimize Sales processes: Enable for scale by identifying friction points and reducing manual effort – while also maintaining both process and data integrity

  • Drive the RevOps tech stack roadmap: Ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business impact, streamline sales processes, and drive strong user adoption

  • Identity and execute AI and automation opportunities: Enhance both seller and RevOps productivity and data reliability (e.g., AI-driven coaching and insights; data enrichment)

  • Gather and prioritize business requirements: Partner with GTM leaders, end-users, and Systems architects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and governed appropriately

  • Lead tool training and adoption: Develop and deliver tech stack enablement playbooks and track adoption to measure value realization across the GTM teams

What You Bring:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions – preferably in a financial payments and/or B2B software environment

  • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of GTM processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline, and commissions) and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ, Gong, and Marketo)

  • Proven experience designing scalable processes, leveraging data and technology to drive measurable business impact

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and deliver impactful and timely projects

  • A proactive, efficiency-thinking approach with a passion for continuous improvement and automation
