As a Digital Design Lead, you'll perform design/drafting assignments, requiring advanced working knowledge of design standards, practices and techniques using AutoCAD Civil 3D and of MicroStation while working collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the setup of projects on data sources and manage user access
• Provide software support for project teams and coordinate issues with IT when needed.
• Act as a liaison with IT and project staff to ensure functional and efficient hardware and software configuration for design staff.
• Provide CADD Leadership and production support for project teams, including Project Execution Plan documentation, project kick-off meetings, file exports and client deliverable coordination.

This is a full-time non-exempt position and paid hourly.

You will be responsible for researching and helping standardize civil information modeling; CIM workflows across our design practice and organizing and communicating CIM technical information from the Global team to support the local office. Work will be performed under the supervision of the national manager, with close alignment with other Digital Delivery Leads and Design Leads. The successful candidate will collaborate with the rest of our Federal team to share innovations and expertise. This is a support role focused on project requirements with an emphasis on supporting the organizational need for innovation and process transformation within the CIM space.

As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will be expected to perform the following:

• Oversee the application of market technologies (CAD/CIM/BIM/Digital Delivery) and ensure approach adheres to internal and client specific requirements
• Create and implement CAD/CIM/BIM/Advanced Modeling Execution Plans
• Maintain, upgrade, and provide innovation for CAD/C3D templates
• Setup and review models for compliance with the execution plans and project standards
• Support design package project deliveries - Identify, evaluate, and expand the efficiency of software and workflow using automation/API tools
• Maintain integrated CIM, run clash detection reports, run model standards and health audit reports, maintain issues log, and resolve issues
• Support troubleshooting software issues, and ongoing learning new software tools

The Graphic Designer will be a proactive team player, excited and ready to engage on a multitude of projects with various teams, focusing on the design and development of proposals and supporting graphics, presentations, and positioning materials - from concept to completion. Must have proven skills with Adobe CS software (primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and strong presentation development experience (primarily PowerPoint). Prior Architectural/Engineering & Construction and/or Proposal and Sales experience a plus.

Here's What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead strategic graphic design solutions to support in the production of winning proposals, sales materials, and presentations, including but not limited to long document layouts, PowerPoint presentations, story boards, covers/dividers, marketing collateral/brochures, illustrations, and interactive PDFs
• Plan, conceptualize and design compelling and impactful graphics while collaborating with proposal team members and technical staff to strengthen messaging
• Convey complex, technical information more concisely by developing visually engaging graphics
• Act as a Brand champion and resource for graphic design methods and tools, develop and implementing process improvements, tool(s) improvements, and best practices
• Share technical expertise with others and provide guidance and support; mentor other team members in technical areas
