Job Summary

Thewill be based inResponsible for partnering with business segment leaders to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth. Advise and coach business leaders on matters related to talent management, including competency requirements, workforce planning, leadership selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, compliance program, etc. Partner with local HR teams and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., workforce and succession planning, leadership development, reward and recognition, etc.


What a typical day looks like:

  • In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an HR strategy for meeting business needs.
  • Provide advice and support to business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc.
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as strategic recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the business segment.
  • Drive employee communications within business segment.
  • Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.
  • Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Requires a degree in Human Resources Management or related areas. MBA a plus.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR across all major functions.
  • Good logic,communication/presentationskills in both Chinese and English, and learning agility.
  • Proactive and willing to work under pressure.
  • Fluent written and oral English. TEM 8 will be preferred.
  • Rich experience in leading different HR projects will be a plus.

  • Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
  • Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
  • Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
  • May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
  • Occasional travel to customer locations.
  • Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
  • Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
  • Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to analyze and improve operational processes based on hands-on experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Develop new quality program that may lead to further improvement of quality performance in any operation in customer account, such as Customer KOI, Product cosmetic criteria, Product assembly specification, Product quality control requirements, line buyoff criteria, product measure, OBA inspection, yield performance, CAPA, etc.
  • Follow customer or flex procedure frequency(quarterly) continuously review, update, improve and manage product end-to-end process quality assurance control system.
  • Facilitate internal & external communication on quality issues, accurately conveys to flex internal team and promote the implementation.
  • Appointed as Management Representative to support external third party system auditor on ISO9001 certification program and Product safety audit program e.g. UL, CCC, TUV etc.
  • Participate in process quality system development, maintaining and improvement, compliance / exceed ISO9001, legal, regulatory and other requirements.
  • Drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of incoming quality performance in production line.
  • Define customer account quality KOI and drive team to achieve at the KOI target within target date.
  • Prepare quality reports, establish quality improvement program, draft quality engineering instructions, resolve customer return materials or goods.
  • Lead and handle customer complaint in timely.
  • Manage quality engineer resource, define a clear job responsibilities and monitor their performance, help resolve the problems.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Survey(CSMP) and drive it to meet the target.
  • Promote the establishment and improvement of the digital quality control system, conduct quality data analysis, and promote continuous improvement.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor degree or above,Data analysis, digital quality management related majors
  • Strong Industrial Technical Specification knowledge is preferred
  • PDCA & Risk-based concept, ISO9001:2015 internal auditor certified is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
  • Be familiar with quality tools and 5 core tools, especially APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, CP, DOE and SPC;
  • Minimum 5 years experience on quality manager position

  • Manage all project design activities for assigned project, including feasibility studies, from project start until stable production (SP), within the project baselines.
  • Support Global Technical Program Manager (GTPM) in reviewing and refining Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
  • Working with project team to work out project scope, budget and schedule baselines for the Design activities, based on approved PRD and SOW.
  • Communicate customer requirements, scope, schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional design teams
  • Work with the GTPM and functional leads (Test Development PM, New Product Introduction (NPI) PM, Validation PM) to coordinate activities, dependencies and resolve issues in support of the project scope, budget and schedule.
  • Track & manage project design expenses against project budget.
  • Lead and facilitate project team to work according to project plan, lead and facilitate the project team to settle problems during the design phase and ensure the project done within schedule
  • Communicate project design status on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed.
  • Lead project gate reviews to represent design status & risk assessment for the project.
  • Manage change control for design changes, communicating the impact to customer and GTPM, developing new project baselines for approved changes, and communicating new baselines to the design team.
  • Make seamless cooperation and handover with NPI TPM to ensure project launching
  • Support GTPM & Global Account Manager (GAM) in technical discussions with the customer.
  • Lead project gate reviews to represent design status & risk assessment for the project.
  • Other tasks per business needs

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • More than 10 years’ project management related working experience
  • Bachelor or above degree or working experience related to Mechanical Product Design
  • Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Good master of excel, word, PPT
