About the Role
You will be responsible for designing, launching, and scaling data-driven programs and growth campaigns that drive adoption, retention, and engagement for Uber for Business across APAC. With a deep understanding of customer marketing, you will develop hyper-local, insight-led campaigns that cater to diverse market needs while contributing to measurable business outcomes.
You will work cross-functionally with Local Ops, Global Strategy & Planning, Product and Engineering as well as with our Sales & Growth teams. A strong focus on premiumisation, user segmentation and incentive experimentation will be key to your success in delivering performance-driven campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a safety program for AV fleet operations that assures the relevant infrastructure, operations and processes utilized in the course of AV rides and deliveries on the Uber Platform complies with safety-related regulatory requirements and conforms to industry standards and best practices that have been adopted at Uber and by our partners. This role will help establish Uber’s internal safety standards and associated requirements to be applied across all of Uber’s AV fleet partners operating on the Platform and support approaches to audit conformance with those standards and requirements. What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
Plan, strategize and execute the sales GTM plan to achieve the quota in every half year within the Mid Market segment (employee headcount < 2,000).
Strong at identifying the pain points and being able to craft the winning narratives/ pitches to expand the lead-generation.
Solid pipeline management to drive the pacing and forecast numbers with a mature structure and sales cadence.
Coordinate end-to-end sales motions for corporate customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation, close deals and launch/ implementation.
Ability to prioritize and locate the key decision makers with sales velocity.
Work cross-functionally to ensure an effective account launch.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales preferably in tech solution or plateform sales.
B2B direct sales background with 0-100 pipeline management is a must.
Proven track record of crafting narratives to drive new business acquisitions – selling "nice-to-have" product where value selling and narrative is needed.
Passionate, resilient, self-disciplined and hustling with hunter mindset. Self-initiating individual with a builder mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
